Cetaphil Germany, a brand of Galderma S.A., specializes in solving its customers’ skin concerns. I had the opportunity to collaborate with the team at PBD to address the challenges of a digital relaunch, particularly focusing on their social media presence. Over nearly two years, we achieved a 495% increase in follower growth compared to the previous period. Throughout the entire support period, Cetaphil Germany’s social media channels received four times more interactions than comparable accounts of competing brands.
